Samba Ayam Itam is one of the typical curries from Minangkabau (gulai in Minangkabau) that has a black color. This color distinguishes this cuisine and makes it unique to the Sulit Air community. The ingredients of this dish are coconut milk, chili, chicken, and several spices like garlic, ginger, turmeric, galangal, and galundi as the main spices.

Although it has a black appearance, samba Ayam Itam has a soft texture and a savory taste, like other curries. It can take up to 2 hours to make. So that, the spices are absorbed into the chicken meat.

This culinary can be enjoyed in Sulit Air or ordered in Tokopedia, as in "Is It Kitchen." If you have tasted it, don't forget to leave a comment in the comment box below. :)
